1. This contest is open to all Malaysian residents only.
2. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the contestants agree to abide by the rules, terms and conditions. Management's decisions are final.
3. Video entries must be submitted via Instagram. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Birthday discount is only valid on the date of your birthday.
5. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. The organizer will not be responsible for lost entries.
6. Closing date is on the 31st March 2017.
7. The winner will be announced on our Instagram & Facebook Page.
8. The winner will be contacted within 1 week of the closing date. Should the Organizer be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. One winning entrant will win a 3 days 2 nights stay plus RM1,000 Cash for 2 person(s). The prize does not include travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
10. The prize is available on the stated dates only and is subject to availability. It is non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity of the Organizer.
12. Events may occur that render the contest or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer and accordingly the Organizer may, at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and contest and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Organizer as a result thereof.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. This Contest is open to children 12 years and below only.
2. Participants must be Malaysian citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia.

CONTEST PERIOD

1. This Contest will run for the whole month of March.
2. The Contest Period is subject to change by the Organiser at any time.
3. Any entry received after the Contest Period will not be entertained.

ENTRY PROCEDURE

1. The colouring sheet (“Entry Form”) can be obtained at all outlets.
2. Participants may submit multiple entries; but are eligible for only one (1) prize.
3. The entries can be completed using colour pencils, crayons, water colours or any other creative methods provided by the outlets.
4. All completed entries should be submitted via the red mail box located at participating outlets.
5. Be sure to include the following details at the back of the colouring sheet:
   A) Participant’s full name, NRIC Number and Contact Details and Postcode.
6. Please write clearly in BLACK or BLUE ink the details required.
7. Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in an automatic disqualification of the Participant’s entry.

WINNER SELECTION, ANNOUNCEMENT AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES

1. The best (10) entries will be selected by a panel of judges based on the creativity of the entries; and these entries shall be declared as the winning entries of this Contest.
2. The winning entries will be entitled for the following prizes:
   RM 500 Cash
3. The list of the winning entries will be announced on the Facebook Page by 14th April 2017.
4. Participants of the winning entries (“Winners”) are required to respond and send a personal message to the Organiser via Facebook Page (“Facebook Message”) and provide their personal details for verification and contact purposes within one (1) month from the date of the announcement of the Winners. If any of the Winners cannot be contacted after one (1) month, the Organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.
5. Upon the submission of the Facebook Message, Winners will receive a Facebook reply from the Organiser within seven (7) days. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of a non-receipt or a delayed delivery of any form of notification to the Winner(s).
6. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to disqualify any Winner if the details provided during verification process do NOT match the details provided via their Facebook Personal Message.
7. Winners will be required to collect the prizes from the Organiser’s Headquarters. No. 3 ,

8. Each Winner will be required to present his/her NRIC for verification purposes during collection of the prizes.
9. In special situations, a Winner may nominate a representative to collect his/her prize. The said representative will be required to present a letter of authorisation from the Winner and a copy of the winner’s NRIC at the time of collection of the prize.
10. All prizes must be collected within one (1) month from the date the Winner is notified via Facebook. All uncollected prizes will be automatically forfeited without further reference to the winners concerned after the expiry of the said one (1) month period.
11. Prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. By participating in this Contest, the Participant agrees that if he/she wins, the Organiser is entitled to contact him/her using the provided contact details, use, publish or feature his/her full name, Facebook username and their winning entry for publicity and advertising purposes without any compensation or need for prior notification.
2. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
3. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to disqualify any Participant who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, who submits incomplete, inaccurate or late entries and/or when the authenticity of the entry is questionable or when an entry that is deemed to be in infringement of copyright or intellectual property laws and the Organiser has the discretion to delete, remove, not consider or reject any entry that is deemed by it to be improper, unsuitable or offensive.
4. The Organiser shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay and/or failure in the receipt of the entry.
5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising or suffered by any Participant or Winner in connection with this Contest.
6. The Organiser reserves its right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participant to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the prizes with items of similar value without any prior notice.
8. By participating in this Contest, it is deemed that the Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
9. The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of this Contest including but not limited to the type of prize and winners shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance. No further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.
